Illustrator CS4 Crashes on Start Up ?

I am working on a Mac Book Pro and for a while now it's been crashing when ever i open up a file. First it was crashing after i start it up and with a few minutes into it Illustrator would crash. I searched online to help solve the problem, I followed a few and they just made it worst, now illustrator would crash right before it starts. I have delete 'Preference' folder, disabled fonts, and deleted fonts... None of this works and it seemed many out there were saying the same. FINALLY i found something that worked and it was simple as 3 steps. check the links below.
